one HOUR! on the stationary bike

30 mins doing the circuit machines (upper and lower body)

I rode 50 minutes on the stationary bike/ 12.75 miles.

I did 2 miles (30 minutes because YES I am slow LOL)on the treadmill
and upper body circuit

It;’s nice when you don’t have to get up early to go to the gym and you can take your time.

50 minutes on the stationary bike.

2 reps of 12 arm pull things (LOL! I forgot what they are called)
And 3 reps of 10 on this rowing thing (next time I will make a point to remember what they are called)

I did the stationary bike, the elliptical and recombinant bike because my butt is sore from the stationary bike’s seat.

I did a total of 25 minutes and burned 250 calories.

But I have to kleep track of this somewhere.

Today I did…(according to the bike, which I hear are notoriously inaccurate, but I’ll record off the same bike)

The girls have missed 8 hours of school since last Monday between delays and early dismissals. It’s crazy!

I surfed on over to your blog the other day! I can’t believe how big Alexis (all the girls actually!) is getting. LOVE the glasses!

I’m back. And I missed you tons!

Argh. $1100 on a snowblower that DH procrastinated in buying, then I asked him to get it in gear and get the snowblower because *I* wasn’t shoveling anymore. And it only worked for about 20 feet!! So Eric and I shoveled. Eric and I loaded the extremely heavy snowblower back on the truck. And the big box hardware store took it back without a complaint. NOW, if were lucky the local little guy will deliver the new snowblower before the next storm (tomorrow)

Now I’ve got the big dog (teehee Eric) on sp@m patrol!

and infinite patience with dealing with fine motor skills.

SNORT! Yeah right! Ok since I have FANTASTIC kids who are begging me to teach them to knit and I wanted to do something nice for them. I bought some handmade wooden needles and painted to tops as a suprise for them today.
